The Role
This is a true HR Generalist role with dual ownership of recruiting and workforce operations (scheduling).
  • You will play a critical role in ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time - driving both hiring execution and day-to-day staffing operations, while supporting core HR functions.
  • This role sits at the intersection of talent, operations, and employee experience.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hiring talent and solving real-time operational challenges.

What You'll Own
Recruiting
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for clinic roles (MAs, RTs, front desk, etc.)
  • Partner with clinic and regional leaders to hire quickly and effectively
  • Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience
  • Track hiring progress and improve speed and quality

Workforce Operations & Scheduling
  • Coordinate clinic schedules to ensure consistent staffing coverage
  • Manage real-time staffing needs, call-offs, and gaps
  • Partner with leaders to align staffing with patient volumes and clinic needs
  • Identify trends and build more structured, scalable scheduling processes

HR Generalist Responsibilities
  • Support employee relations with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions
  • Reinforce policies and ensure day-to-day compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Paycom
