Job description

Lead With Heart. Grow With Family. Join MFG as a District Manager.

At Culver’s, hospitality is more than a job, it’s a way of life. And at MFG (Merch Foods Group), we carry that tradition forward with pride, purpose, and a whole lot of Midwest Magic.

Founded in 2018, Merch Foods Group has grown across three states by focusing on what matters most: great food, great people, and great experiences. As a family‑run Culver’s Franchise Group, we believe in meaningful connections, operational excellence, and developing leaders who make a difference in their communities.

Now, we’re looking for a District Manager who shares our passion for leadership, connection, and hospitality.

Your Impact

As a District Manager, you’ll guide multiple Culver’s restaurants along the Wisconsin/Illinois border, helping teams succeed, grow, and deliver the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back. You’ll be the bridge between our values and our daily operations, ensuring every ButterBurger and every smile reflects the Culver’s brand we love.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and lead restaurant teams with energy, empathy, and enthusiasm
  • Build strong relationships with managers and crew members
  • Ensure consistent quality, service, and operational standards
  • Foster a fun, positive, growth‑focused work culture
  • Champion the Culver’s experience across all locations
What You’ll Gain
  • Leadership experience across multiple restaurant locations
  • Opportunities for long‑term advancement including ownership pathways
  • A supportive environment where your voice, vision, and leadership truly matter
  • Paid training, strong benefits, and bonus opportunities
  • The chance to grow with a franchise group rooted in family values
Benefits & Compensation
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance
  • Paid training and ongoing development
  • Bonus pay for exceptional performance
  • Full‑time, on‑site role with 12‑hour shifts
Who You Are
  • A natural leader who inspires others
  • A strong communicator with a passion for hospitality
  • Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, people‑centered environments
  • Dedicated to maintaining Culver’s high standards of quality and service

Location: Wisconsin/Illinois Border

If you’re ready to lead with purpose and join a franchise group built on family values, we’d love to meet you. Become a vital part of the Merch Foods Group family and help us continue spreading Midwest Magic, one guest at a time.

Whether we’re cooking the perfect ButterBurger® to order or scooping up our freshest batch of the Flavor of the Day, we work hard to ensure you will always leave happy.
It all goes back to our small-town Wisconsin roots. We know you have a lot to do and many options to choose from, so we appreciate when you take the time to visit Culver’s. If we can do our part to make your day better – with a wholesome, delicious meal or a heartfelt smile – we’ve done our job.
