Job description

Position Summary
Responsible for leading the identification, development, and expansion of business opportunities within the Midstream industry, with a primary focus on gas processing and NGL production markets. This role will drive the company's growth across North America and selected international markets by establishing strategic partnerships, promoting advanced technical solutions, and strengthening the company's position within key Midstream segments.
The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise in fluid handling systems and artificial lift technologies, combined with a strong professional network within Midstream, gas processing, and NGL markets. The position requires a proven track record in business development, strategic account management, and the ability to influence operators, EPCs, and engineering firms to successfully position the company's technologies in large-scale industrial energy projects.
Job Functions/Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)
โ€ข Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Midstream, gas processing, and NGL production facilities.
โ€ข Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and company presence.
โ€ข Build and manage relationships with operators, EPC companies, engineering firms, and key industry stakeholders
โ€ข Promote and represent the company's technologies and solutions at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums.
โ€ข Coordinate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
โ€ข Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
โ€ข Ensure all business development that turns into revenue is able to be billed and collected according to established procedures.
โ€ข Participate in the implementation of Levare Strategic plans through various activities as required by the plan.
โ€ข Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.

Qualifications/Education Requirements
โ€ข Industry relationships with operators, EPC firms, and engineering consultants in Midstream and NGL markets.
โ€ข Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases.
โ€ข Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
โ€ข Able to work well with deadlines and excellent organizational skills.
โ€ข High degree of Initiative, Customer Focus, and Excellence Emphasis.
โ€ข Creative thinking to develop marketing and customer penetration strategies.
โ€ข Experience using technology and social media to support marketing and sales activities.
โ€ข Extensive knowledge and experience with the artificial lift business, preferably ESP and HPS.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Chemical, Petroleum, or a related field.
โ€ข Minimum 8-12 years of experience in business development, sales or technical commercial roles within the energy sector.
โ€ข Active participation in relevant technical/industry associations preferred.
โ€ข Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and across teams.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Normal office environment and regular field or plant visits.
Frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and international locations.
Must wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots) on job sites.
Ability to walk industrial sites and conduct in-field client meetings
