Job Description

Annually salary 46,000k-62,000k

The purpose of this job is to measure and report on key metrics related to Transportation and Midstream operations. This team member will also partner with transportation operations and the payroll team to ensure accuracy of weekly driver payroll submissions.

  • Generate and interpret reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Develop useful Data Visualization tools for Transportation and Midstream management
  • Perform deep dives into departmental data for discovery and for applied problem-solving
  • Maintain data integrity by collaborating with internal teams, including business intelligence and energy accounting
  • Fulfill requests for detailed information and reporting from Transportation and Midstream Operations teams.
  • Build and maintain driver payroll and productivity reports, dashboards, and trackers to surface trends and insights for leadership
  • Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business analytics, or computer science field, or 3 years relevant work experience
  • Minimum of two years advanced software skills, Tableau or other visual tool; three to five years preferred
  • Two+ years of experience in Supply Chain preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Experience using integrated development environments
  • Proficient in using server-based report generating software systems
  • Knowledge of SQL and how to use it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be able to set priorities and remain engaged with problems to resolution
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify data trends and outliers
  • Strong data visualization abilities
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve stated goals
