POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests by performing the essential duties and responsibilities.
Hiring for: Part Time varied shifts. Will include Weekends and Holidays.
Shift differentials of $1.00/hour extra for 4:00 p.m.- midnight and $2.00/hour extra for midnight - 8:00 a.m. We also offer a generous benefit package with Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Employee Discounts, Paid Time Off, Vacation, and 401k - with a company match.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Pick up money bank and verify cash with the Cage/Vault Department at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Prepare menus.
  • Greet guests entering the restaurant. Escort guest to tables and provide menus.
  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
  • Be aware of all promotions. Know the menu and how the food is prepared.
  • Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties as needed or assigned.
  • Take to go orders from patrons for food and beverages.
  • Stock to go supplies.
  • Return money bank and verify cash at the end of the shift with the Cage/Vault department to ensure that amounts are correct. Complete end of shift paperwork and turn into Finance box.
  • Must thoroughly understand the PECR Bloodborne Pathogen Procedures and be able to perform the cleaning duties as it pertains to Bloodborne Pathogens according to established regulations and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.
