Working the midnight shift often presents challenges such as maintaining a healthy sleep schedule, balancing personal life, and staying alert during non-traditional hours. To manage these effectively, it's important to establish a consistent sleep routine, create a dark and quiet sleep environment, and prioritize self-care.
