Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Middleware / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect to lead the assessment, architecture, and modernization of a large-scale Oracle integration landscape.
The Architect will evaluate existing Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Fusion Middleware (FMW), and EDI/B2B integrations and develop a phased migration strategy to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
This role requires deep expertise in Oracle integration technologies, modernization programs, integration architecture, and migration planning. The Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders while providing technical leadership throughout assessment, roadmap development, solution design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
  • Conduct current-state assessments of enterprise integration platforms, services, interfaces, and middleware environments.
  • Define target-state integration architecture leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Solution Architecture
  • Design enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities, adapters, orchestration, mappings, APIs, and connectivity agents.
  • Define security architecture, monitoring, exception management, and operational support models.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
  • Present architecture recommendations and migration strategies to executive stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership to integration consultants and development teams.

Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and middleware technologies.
  • 10+ years of Oracle integration architecture experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle integration modernization and migration initiatives.
  • Experience conducting architecture assessments and developing migration roadmaps.
