Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management System Administrator to support and advance our modern workplace and Zero Trust initiatives through Microsoft Intune, device management automation, and endpoint security. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, mobile device management, compliance policies, and endpoint security controls across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cloud-based endpoint management, a passion for automation, and the ability to partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver a secure and seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.
  • Design, implement, and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployments, and security baselines.
  • Manage and optimize Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning processes.
  • Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot Intune Configuration Service Provider (CSP) policies.
  • Translate traditional Group Policy settings into modern Intune-based policy configurations.
  • Support enterprise endpoint modernization and cloud-first device management initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy synchronization, and application deployment issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for endpoint management incidents.
  • Develop scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and simplify administration.
  • Monitor device compliance, inventory, and management reporting to support security and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement Conditional Access, endpoint protection, and Zero Trust controls.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Partner with infrastructure, identity, and application teams to ensure successful deployment of enterprise technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting endpoint or device management technologies.
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.

  • Familiarity with SCCM infrastructure and client-side troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Azure virtual desktop deployment or Nerdio tools.
  • Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Administrator, or Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • Experience supporting endpoint management in regulated or utility industry environments.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern workplace security practices.
