Mid-level professionals are expected to have a strong foundational knowledge in their field and the ability to work independently on most tasks. As a mid-level professional, you can expect to handle more complex tasks and projects compared to entry-level colleagues. You’ll often be responsible for independently managing assignments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and providing input on project planning and execution.
