About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing State Government & Education team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of Architecture and Project Management experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate.
In this position, the successful candidate will help lead Project Management activities like project scoping, communication with clients, issues resolution, deliverable submittals and project closeout, while establishing strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will also help mentor and train junior-mid level Project Managers in developing project management skills. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to project management. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and can move quickly and efficiently through the stages of a project.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Architect
  • Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Architecture Discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of Architectural design and Project Management experience (preferably in A/E/C consulting environment)
  • Experience in Higher Education is preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to travel 20%; Most travel is local to the state of GA and North FL; Limited Southeast US travel may be possible
