Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce client is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (React/.NET) for a long-term opportunity in Miramar, FL. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Summary:
This is a hands-on Software Developer III role with leadership responsibilities over a team of 7 mid-level developers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading development efforts, driving technical decisions, and delivering full stack web solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the design, development, and integration of internal and external core applications
* Providing Tier III support and guiding mid-level developers
* Participating in technical planning, code reviews, and ensuring project milestones are met
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of lead developer experience with a related 4-year degree, OR 9+ years of equivalent professional experience
* Strong background in React, .NET, C#, SQL, and related front- and back-end frameworks
* Experience with DevOps, Bootstrap, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server
* Proven ability to design, code, test, and maintain financial applications or web-based systems
* Experience in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
