Role: Mid-Level SNOW Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX (3x a week onsite)

Duration: 2 year contract

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, integrations, and CMDB/CSDM implementation. This role will be instrumental in driving CMDB maturity, supporting cross-functional integrations, and contributing to the evolution of our ServiceNow ecosystem.

Day to Day:

 

  • Develop and maintain custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
  • Enhance and maintain the CMDB, ensuring alignment with CSDM standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SACM and SPM initiatives
  • Participate in CMDB maturity projects, including data modeling and governance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates

Top Requirements: 

    1. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
