Job description

About the Role
Uber Health, a division of Uber for Business, is transforming access to care by helping healthcare organizations provide reliable, efficient, and scalable transportation solutions for patients, caregivers, staff, and other critical healthcare use cases.
The Mid-Market Growth Account Executive will be responsible for growing Uber Health's footprint across an existing book of Mid-Market customers. This role is focused on increasing adoption, expanding use cases, identifying new stakeholders, and driving revenue growth within healthcare organizations that have meaningful growth potential but require a more scaled, repeatable commercial motion.
This is a growth-focused role within an existing customer base. The strongest candidate will be able to manage a broad book of accounts, prioritize effectively, build practical account plans, and create expansion opportunities through proactive outreach, customer insight, and strong operational follow-through. This person should be comfortable balancing high-volume execution with strategic judgment, using data to identify where to focus and how to grow.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, organized, customer-obsessed, and energized by building repeatable motions in a fast-moving environment.
What the Candidate Will Do:
- Efficiently use Salesforce to manage account plans, pipeline, customer activity, forecasting, and expansion opportunities across an existing Mid-Market book of business
- Own growth strategy for a portfolio of Mid-Market Uber Health customers, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding into new locations or departments, and driving revenue growth
- Build and execute account plans for priority customers, including whitespace identification, stakeholder mapping, use-case expansion, customer health, and next-best actions
- Prioritize a broad book of business using revenue potential, usage trends, customer segment, adoption patterns, and expansion opportunity
- Partner with New Business AEs to support clean transitions of newly acquired accounts into the Growth motion, including customer context, next steps, ownership clarity, and CRM documentation
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing customers through proactive outreach, usage analysis, business reviews, customer referrals, and stakeholder expansion
- Conduct discovery with customers to understand transportation workflows, operational pain points, patient access needs, and opportunities for broader platform adoption
- Deliver effective demos and business reviews that connect Uber Health solutions to customer outcomes, including improved access to care, reduced transportation friction, operational efficiency, and patient experience
- Handle light implementation support, launch coordination, customer education, and technical problem solving to help customers adopt and expand usage
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support, Product, Legal, and Implementation teams to resolve customer issues and accelerate growth
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline, forecast, and account-level updates to leadership
- Contribute to repeatable playbooks for account planning, expansion campaigns, transition processes, customer outreach, and Mid-Market growth motions
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, customer growth, or expansion sales experience.
- Experience managing and growing an existing book of business, including identifying pipeline opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer activity, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Experience presenting and communicating business value to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling into or managing Mid-Market accounts within healthcare, health tech, logistics, or operationally complex industries.
- Experience managing consumption-based technology solutions where revenue is tied to platform adoption or usage volume.
- Proven ability to use data to prioritize a broad portfolio of accounts and uncover hidden growth opportunities.
- Strong adaptability and comfort operating in an environment where playbooks and workflows are actively evolving.
