Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children or adolescents in educational or ABA settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and collaborate with adults
  • Experience beyond entry-level direct care (Lead RBT, advanced BT, or similar)
  • BCaBA, advanced RBT, or coursework toward BCBA certification preferred (not required)
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered, assent-based care
____________________________________________________________________________________
Schedule & Work Environment

  • School-based caseload within assigned district or region
  • Aligned to school calendars and schedules

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $48,000–$58,000 annually (based on experience and market)
  • Paid time off, sick time, and school holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan and life insurance
  • Paid supervision and professional development opportunities
  • Career advancement pathways within CAS
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Referral bonuses
  • Team events, mentorship, and a mission-driven culture
