  • Optimize Reliability: Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs for equipment, utilities, and facilities using CMMS.

  • Minimize Downtime: Plan maintenance schedules, lead root-cause troubleshooting for complex issues, and track KPIs (downtime, response time, costs).

  • Manage Operations & Budgets: Oversee the department budget, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and capital equipment projects.

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and internal safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of maintenance supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems, alongside the ability to read complex schematics.

  • Methodologies: Strong background in CMMS software, Lean Manufacturing, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent practical trade experience).

  • Leadership: Excellent communication, budgeting, coaching, and team-building skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Must be available for occasional on-call support and off-shift emergency response as needed.
