5+ years proven track record of leading enterprise scale, complex IT projects/programs successfully

Extensive MS-Project experience

Extensive MS-Office experience

IT Program/Project Management

Full Lifecycle Program Management

Project Management Processes and Tools

Developing & Managing Project Timelines

Developing and/or supporting change management strategy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-orientation

Lead overall change management and communication initiatives to successful completion.

Provide project planning and management expertise, and support to partner with stakeholders to ensure proper change management strategy, alignment, integration, visibility, and implementation success. Maintain visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient face-time with key stakeholders

Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis by leveraging traditional project management tools including Microsoft Project.

Create and execute tactical project work plans in accordance with projects objectives and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
