Your responsibilities include assisting with case oversight, training and supervising RBTs in the field, and ensuring accurate data collection, session notes, and graphing during sessions. You'll collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care while employing creative, research-based teaching strategies. Additionally, you'll inspire staff to engage with and learn more about behavior analysis, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.Qualifications:Strong written and communication skillsAbility to work individually and in a team environmentValid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Uber, Lyft or other ride sharing as transportation is not permitted - must be able to transport self to and from work)Master's Degree in related field or enrollment in a graduate program (minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program)Physical Demands - Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.Ability to provide negative TB test resultsAbility to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprintingEnergetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeedBilingual - English/Spanish preferredPhysical and Cognitive Requirements:Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.
