Mid-Level Missile Systems Modeling Engineer/Analyst

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Mid-Level Missile Systems Modeling Engineer/ Analyst to support critical government initiatives in Huntsville, AL.

What You'll Do
  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Performs scientific/engineering research, modeling, capability/limitation analysis, reverse-engineering-informed characterization, and vulnerability assessment of foreign aerospace/missile systems.
What You Bring
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of missile systems; propulsion; aerodynamics; performance; trajectory; engineering analysis; technical intelligence
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services
  • Experience with seeker systems; guidance/control; signatures; launch systems; test & evaluation
