Sasaki is a 300+ person international planning and design firm headquartered in Boston, MA, with locations in Denver, New York, and Los Angeles. We have a dynamic and creative culture with a reputation and body of work that spans over seventy years.

Sasaki is looking for an innovative, self-driven, and creative site civil engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary firm of landscape architects, architects, planners, urban designers, marketers, graphic designers, data analysts, ecologists, and civil engineers. This position is based out of our Boston office.

Role Description

The Sasaki civil team integrates engineering excellence with innovative site design; it is our focus and passion to create livable, sustainable, and resilient communities. Our work ranges from concept design to built work, from new developments to urban parks, and can be found everywhere from Boston to Dubai. Team members can expect to work closely with their teams on stormwater management, utilities, and land development engineering through the planning, design, permitting, and construction processes. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.


Preferred Software Skills:

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Hydrology and Hydraulic Modeling Software (e.g. HydroCAD, Infodrainage, StormCAD, etc.)

  • Coordinates with and directs allied engineering consultants

  • Understands and has experience with all aspects of project delivery from master planning, concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
