Job Description

The successful UCaaS Channel Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships for cloud‑based communication solutions, including voice, video, messaging, and collaboration platforms. This hunting role focuses on recruiting new partners and generating new logos, while becoming a trusted advisor for recruited partners, blending sales, consulting, and customer success to help businesses modernize their communications infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with assigned channel partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support
Sales Enablement
  • Train partners on UCaaS & AI‑enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Assist partners with sales strategies, demos, and proposals
Pipeline Development
  • Work with partners to identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities
  • Help drive partner‑generated pipeline and revenue growth
Deal Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, marketing, operations)
  • Support quoting, pricing, and contract processes
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity

Market Awareness
