What is a mid level manager?

Mid level managers are professionals who oversee specific departments or teams within an organization and report to higher-level executives, such as senior managers or directors. Successful mid level managers prioritize relationship-building, adapt their management style to different team members, and regularly seek feedback to improve both team performance and morale.
