Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Obtain and document vitals prior to provider encounter
  • Obtain and document past medical, family and social history
  • Communicate with Physicians and Mid-Level Providers
  • Prioritizing actions based on level of importance or urgency
  • Answers phone lines as assigned and triage effectively, dispatching to the appropriate areas
  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
  • Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
  • Current state LPN license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Current Medical Certificate required
  • 1 year(s) of Clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience with EMR systems
