West Boca Medical Center is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join an established private practice in Boca Raton, FL. This opportunity offers a well-built practice with existing infrastructure, support staff, and patient volume, allowing physicians to focus on patient care rather than business management. The practice emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling and mid-level providers handling first-call responsibilities, making it an ideal long-term home in South Florida.

Practice Info

  • Established private practice at West Boca Medical Center with 2 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners, actively expanding.
  • Clinical mix: 65% Gynecology / 35% Obstetrics.
  • Average 6-7 deliveries per month per physician.
  • Mid-level providers cover first call.
  • Main office located on hospital grounds with 11 exam/procedure rooms, in-house ultrasound, and bone density testing.
  • Satellite office in Boynton Beach with 4 exam rooms, open 4 days per week, 15 minutes from West Boca Hospital.
