The Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets Technology group is a highly innovative team of full time employees and consultants based in New York, Montreal, London, Mumbai. The team supports some of the time critical and revenue generating applications for investment banking business which is rapidly renovated and expanded while still being nimble & agile to cater various business needs. The ideal candidate will have to work closely with Product Owner, Development & QA engineers to deliver timely and quality deliveries. The candidate should be adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged developer role.
Skills Required:
• Experience of agile and scrum methodologies
• Hands-on developer with strong database skills
• Core Java developer experience
• Integration technologies - MQ / Xml / SOAP / JSON
• Proficiency in Database Management Systems (SQL Server / Mongo) and designing / querying
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing
• CI / CD - Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, GIT
• Sound understanding of Enterprise Architecture Patterns, Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming
• Exposure to working in a global delivery team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• (Optional) Prior experience in investment banking'

Has more than a year of relevant work experience. Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles. Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals and has a direct and positive impact on project performance and make decisions based on their understanding of the situation, not just the rules.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: [$86129 to $127189]
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
