ServiceNow Presales Technical Architect Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Presales Technical Architect to drive solutioning, technical strategy, and customer engagement across ServiceNow opportunities. This role will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, enabling high-quality proposals, demos, and client confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for ServiceNow opportunities across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps
  • Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define requirements, and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Architect innovative, value-driven solutions aligned with industry best practices and ServiceNow capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and build compelling proposals
  • Design and deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs showcasing platform capabilities
  • Provide effort estimation, solution sizing, and implementation roadmap
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow product roadmap and emerging features
Technical Skills & Expertise
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and design
  • Hands-on experience across key modules:
  • ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
  • HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
  • CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • SecOps (Security Operations)
  • Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
