Position Overview

TIC Power (TICP) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to support project quality operations by maintaining quality documentation, tracking inspections and testing records, coordinating quality-related reporting, and ensuring project records are organized, accurate, and compliant with project requirements. This role works closely with Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, Quality Control Inspectors, project teams, and clients to support quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
The Quality Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining document control, facilitating quality record retention, supporting audits, and ensuring quality data is readily accessible to project stakeholders.

District Overview

TIC Power (TICP) is a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation that provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a non-union craft force. Strength in estimating and pre-project planning. Constructing cogeneration, combined-cycle, geothermal and waste-to-energy generation and resource facilities. TIC Power builds major EPC power plant projects throughout North America.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize project quality documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, nonconformance reports (NCRs), turnover packages, and quality plans.
  • Ensure quality records are complete, accurate, and filed in accordance with project and company requirements.
  • Track and manage document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
  • Support project document retention and turnover requirements.
  • Maintain quality tracking logs and databases for inspections, testing activities, NCRs, corrective actions, and punch list items.
  • Generate routine quality reports and metrics for project leadership and clients.
  • Monitor documentation status and proactively follow up on missing or incomplete records.
  • Assist in preparing quality dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Support internal and external quality audits by gathering documentation and responding to record requests.
  • Assist Quality Managers with compliance reviews and corrective action tracking.
  • Maintain records demonstrating compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate with Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Superintendents, Field Engineers, and subcontractors to collect required quality documentation.
  • Facilitate quality meeting logistics and maintain meeting minutes when needed.
  • Support project closeout activities by assembling quality turnover packages and final documentation.
  • Assist with quality system updates and process improvements.
  • Maintain department filing systems and electronic records.
  • Support onboarding activities for quality personnel by coordinating access to systems and required documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties in support of project quality objectives.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of administrative, document control, project administration, or quality-related experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
