Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

Project Management Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality,

communication, and resource coordination

• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and

executive updates

• Manage cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.

• Facilitate work sessions to validate scope, requirements, and deliverables; maintain alignment with sponsors and stakeholders

• Identify risks and issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies

• Support procurement processes as needed (RFPs, SOWs, vendor oversight) consistent with state and Admin procurement standard

• Ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records management standards, and project governance frameworks

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements elicitation including interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis

• Document clear, testable requirements: business, functional, nonfunctional, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows; quantify KPIs and business value.

• Translate requirements into solution designs in collaboration with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams.

• Evaluate build-vs-buy options and support creation of diagrams, models, and integration patterns when required.

Change Management & Adoption

• Develop change management and communication plans.

• Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, readiness planning, and post-launch support.

• Support adoption using metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement loops
