The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled, evidence-based intraoperative nursing care for complex openheart surgical procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons and surgical teams to facilitate safe, efficient operations
  • Ensure adherence to sterile technique, clinical standards, and best practices in cardiac surgery

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
