This role requires a complex understanding of manufacturing operations, material flows, and commodity markets, along with the ability to design recycling solutions that support both customer needs and facility throughput goals.
What You Will Do
  • Prospect and develop new business and expand existing customer relationships to drive tonnage and profitable revenue growth

  • Ability to manage complex sales solutions based on analysis of client needs with C-suite decision makers while simultaneously engaging frontline and operational employees for a multi-level sales engagement approach that demonstrates ROI at every level of the organization.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or service-based environments strongly preferred
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Business acumen and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret material and commodity data
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal as well as superior relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transpiration, and comfort working in both office and industrial settings
