Overview
The Sr. Financial Analyst, Enterprise FP&A, provides financial reporting and analysis for the Global Financial Business Planning team. The Global Financial Business Planning team is the direct line to the CFO and assists in many routines as well as ad hoc reporting requests of actual and forecast data. This individual will be a key member of a highly visible, tight knit team.
What You'll Do
  • Drive the consolidation and enhancement of financial metrics across multiple brands and business units
  • Generate and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve complex 3-statement financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze actuals vs. forecast, budget, and prior year results; identify key drivers and provide actionable insights
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business risks and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing materials and taking detailed notes during high-stakes financial review meetings
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects through ad hoc financial analysis and business case development
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency
  • Leverage financial systems and tools to automate reporting and enhance analytical capabilities
  • Develop and present monthly financial performance decks, highlighting key business drivers and trends
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA or CPA a plus. 5+ years of related work experience
  • High sense of professionalism as this is a highly visible role and interacts with senior leadership team
  • Coachable independent and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and sets high standards for work responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques and proficiency with financial analysis. SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI a plus
  • Ability to take direction well, work independently more often than not, and manage several priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to commute and work in-office located in Broomfield, CO, 4 days per week
