A Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree from an accredited university is essential, alongside certification with organizations such as AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA. You will be required to hold a valid State of Ohio Licensure, ensuring compliance with local regulations. A valid DEA registration number in Ohio is necessary, and an active NPI is also required.
