Job description

Job Summary

The Senior Compliance Manager plays an active role in administering the RTPark’s full client lifecycle, from initial admission through annual compliance, structural changes, renewals, and exit. The position performs first-level compliance reviews, analyzes client documentation, communicates directly with clients, tracks deadlines and outstanding requirements, maintains compliance records, and identifies matters requiring additional review or escalation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Application and Documentation Review
  • Perform first-level review of client applications, annual compliance submissions, amendments, renewals, and exit documentation.
  • Review client information for completeness, consistency, and compliance with RTPark requirements and Park Tenant Agreements.
  • Assist with Know Your Customer protocols, ownership, beneficial ownership, background review, and organizational structure documentation.
Annual Compliance Coordination
  • Coordinate and track annual compliance requirements, deadlines, missing documentation, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding routine compliance requests, follow-up items, and deadlines.
  • Monitor changes in client ownership, structure, business activities, operations, and related entities.
  • Assist with structural changes, benefits holds, renewals, extensions, exits, and terminations.
Accounts Receivable and Financial Compliance
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities related to client compliance, including invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, collection follow-up, and coordination of payment status with Finance.
  • Track financial obligations that may affect a client’s compliance status, renewal, benefits, or exit.
Records Management and Reporting
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic client compliance files, checklists, tracking systems, and records.
  • Prepare compliance status summaries and assist with management and Board reporting.
Compliance Monitoring and Regulatory Support
  • Identify inconsistencies, unusual activity, or potential compliance concerns
  • Assist with governmental, regulatory, audit, and information requests as appropriate.
Process Improvement
  • Support continuous improvement of RTPark compliance procedures, forms, checklists, and workflows.

This role is open to both St.Croix and St.Thomas.

Required Qualifications Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, compliance, legal studies, public administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in compliance, auditing, finance, regulatory administration, contract administration, legal support, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while recognizing when matters require escalation.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business and financial information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document-management systems.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Experience
  • Experience with compliance monitoring, Know Your Customer protocols, due diligence, corporate ownership structures, financial documentation, governmental or regulated programs, or economic development programs is beneficial.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and comfortable working directly with clients and complex business documentation. The position requires someone who can independently manage routine compliance matters while working with team members on more complex or higher-risk issues.
