Regular calibration of equipment and adherence to standardized procedures also help ensure product quality and efficiency.

What are mid level candy makers?

Mid level candy makers are professionals who have gained several years of experience in the art and science of candy making. They possess skills beyond the basics, such as tempering chocolate, working with sugar, and creating a variety of confections, but may not yet be considered experts or master confectioners. These individuals often work in candy shops, bakeries, or manufacturing settings, and may be responsible for supervising junior staff, maintaining quality control, and assisting with recipe development. How do you become a candy maker?
