FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (Phoenix, AZ)


Schedule: FT - 5 days a week (10-12 HR SHIFTS) (WEEKENDS REQUIRED, TWO DAYS OF DURING WEEK)


ShotVet provides affordable vaccines to pets around the country. We are looking for someone to LEAD A TEAM to amazing results! While this is in the veterinary field, veterinary knowledge is NOT necessary...being a leader of people IS. Ideal candidate has knowledge of P & L, retail store leader, hospitality leader, etc. Weekend work is REQUIRED both Saturday and Sunday. Indeed salary range may not be accurate...this depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview process. We are looking for experience in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated excellent sales skills.
  • Comfortable driving for an extended period of time in a company vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and motivate a team of upwards 20+ members.
  • Increasing client base with new business development.
  • Working in the field on weekends and as needed.
  • Completing accurate weekly inventory counts.
  • Training and coaching new and existing team members.
  • Enhances the guest experience by driving and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for maintaining the dress code and appearance guidelines of all staff.
  • Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.
