We're looking for a driven, proactive, and creative Rehash Sales Representative who's energized by reviving past leads and turning missed opportunities into new business.
In this role, you'll re-engage homeowners who previously received a quote for windows and doors but didn't buy - uncover their hesitations, present smart solutions, and close the deal all backed with a trusted, reputable brand that homeowners love. You'll use technology and communication tools to stay on top of your pipeline, track results, and keep the momentum going.
If you're competitive, goal-oriented, and love seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard, this is the role for you. Role includes base pay plus uncapped commissions.   • Blow through your sales goals by consistently exceeding call, contact, and close-rate targets.
  • Leverage CRM systems and technology to manage leads, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates, track performance, and stay organized.
  • Partner with installation teams to ensure smooth customer experience from sales to fulfillment.
  • Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales to fine-tune messaging and promotions.
