Position: Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business to Business Sales Professional in the Mid-Atlantic US region to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across key verticals including transportation, critical infrastructure, manufacturing and security. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing the Comnet brand with integrity and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users
  • Present and promote ComNet solutions to customers through product demos, presentations, and trade shows
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ComNet's product portfolio and understand customer-specific needs
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tailored solutions and post-sale support
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts and reporting
  • Represent ComNet at industry events and build long-term customer partnerships
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security, industrial or network infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of industrial ethernet technologies (Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, wireless)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing market share
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally (50%+) to meet with clients, channel partners, attend events, and conduct site visits
  • Familiarity with industry-standard CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Background in industrial automation technologies a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred
