Job Summary:
Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking a MicroStrategy Specialist to support enterprise reporting and ETL processes. The role involves translating business requirements into design specifications, managing product changes, and advising clients on BI and analytics strategies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plans, implements, directs, and coordinates activities supporting enterprise reporting and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
โ€ข Directs, conducts and coordinates tests to ensure that MicroStrategy products meet defined needs.
โ€ข Translates business requirements into design specifications and configurations for data stores, warehouses, and marts.
โ€ข Analyze industry and technology trends and advise clients on BI/analytics enterprise strategy.
โ€ข Manage the timely flow of MicroStrategy product changes to users.
โ€ข Identify and analyze MicroStrategy and business intelligence trends with business strategy implications.
โ€ข Create and maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering MicroStrategy solutions.
โ€ข Professional MicroStrategy certification
โ€ข Bachelor's degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering
โ€ข 7 years of work experience in related field may be substituted for education.
โ€ข Strong understanding and of data models, analytics, ETL, and hands-on design, programming/scripting, testing experience around these areas
