Role: Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX/Chicago, IL Remote Role

Duration: 12 Months
Position Summary
seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager to lead enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage BI projects from planning through execution, working closely with stakeholders across business units such as operations, finance, marketing, and guest analytics. This role requires strong project management skills, BI knowledge, and experience delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Analysts.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Coordinate data warehouse, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational data strategy and business objectives.
  • Oversee BI reporting tools implementation such as dashboards and performance reports.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
