1] Candidate must have 10 to 15 years of exp in MSTR.
2] He should take design decisions based on the client requirements.
3] He should talk to client independently and run the show.
4] Its best if candidate knows the MSTR in and out, like Admin part, development part, development strategy etc.
5] Helpful if he has finance and banking knowledge.
Developer Role:
1] Candidate should have at list 5 to 8 years of exp in MSTR
2] He/she must know all development process in MSTR reports
3] work with Architect and complete the code asap.
