You Are: Microsoft Dynamics Developer

The Work:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will serve as a technical leader in designing and delivering robust Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, build scalable data models within Dataverse, and determine when to use configuration versus custom development to ensure long-term maintainability. You will work across Power Platform tools, custom code, and Azure integrations to create secure, scalable, and user‑centric business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and development for Dynamics 365 CE implementations
  • Facilitate technical requirement strategy sessions to convert business objectives into structured technical specifications
  • Design scalable Dataverse data models and map detailed business processes to platform capabilities
  • Evaluate configuration versus custom development to optimize maintainability and performance
  • Build and customize solutions using C# plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Pages, Liquid Templates, and JavaScript
  • Manage full solution lifecycle including solution management, deployments, and version control
  • Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and SSIS/KingswaySoft
  • Develop and support SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business strategies and support future scalability

Here's What You Need:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Strong experience with C#.NET for plugin and custom backend development
  • Solid understanding of MS Dataverse architecture 
  • Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Basic familiarity with KingswaySoft / SSIS for integration and data migration
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, JavaScript, and Liquid Templates
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Must have a Secret Clearance

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience with Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus) for complex integrations
  • Worked in environments requiring strict security, governance, or compliance
  • Exposure to enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solution architecture
  • Understand best practices for Dynamics 365 security and data governance
