Microsoft 365 Security & Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Security & Collaboration Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, security, compliance, collaboration platforms, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Purview, and security/governance solutions.

The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, security administration, and tenant management skills while supporting enterprise collaboration and compliance initiatives.



Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration & Support
  • Resolve complex Level 2/Level 3 support issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot:
    • Exchange Online mail flow
    • SharePoint Online permissions
    • OneDrive access
    • Microsoft Teams collaboration issues
  • Support tenant administration and operational maintenance activities.
