Software Support Analyst

DFW Area | IT Department | Hybrid (Up to 3 Remote Days/Week)

Are you the person who enjoys solving technical puzzles, tracking down the root cause of issues, and helping teams deliver reliable software?

IRMI is seeking a DFW-based Software Support Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you'll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business users to troubleshoot software issues, monitor application health, support system upgrades, validate releases, and help keep our business-critical systems running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in application support, software quality, systems operations, or business applications.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve user and system issues through our help desk platform
  • Monitor alerts, logs, and error dashboards to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Reproduce issues, document findings, and collaborate with developers on solutions
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
  • Validate software updates and help ensure changes do not introduce regressions
  • Support application maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
