Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Northern Virginia! You'll join a small, agile team focused on building and supporting scalable solutions that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service operations. This hands-on role combines Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with full-stack software engineering, requiring ownership of solution design, development, integrations, and production support across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Build scalable enterprise applications using .NET, C#, SQL, Azure services, and modern web technologies.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between CRM platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications using APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and production support.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across CRM, databases, and integrated systems while driving long-term solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or comparable CRM platforms), including customization and integration.
