You might be troubleshooting software issues, providing customer or technical support, or working on projects that require cross-functional coordination. Communication is typically handled through email, instant messaging, and video calls, making it important to stay organized and proactive. Remote employees also have to be adaptable to shifting priorities and occasionally participate in virtual training or upskilling sessions.
