Job description

CPMC is looking for a skilled Master Scheduler who would be responsible for supporting various government programs in assist in establishing an integrated master schedule (IMS) and maintaining/updating the schedule for the program period of performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Required to be able to work onsite in Anchorage, AK at customer location
  • Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice
  • Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports
  • Maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide updates to the customer.
  • Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control
  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity
  • Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
  • Track baselines, perform whatif analysis, and develop contingency plans
  • Coordination of crossfunctional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
  • Qualifications:Required:
  • Active Security Clearance would be great, but if you had one in the past, we are willing to interview you.
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus five (5) years of IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnel (Additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) a requirement, with Microsoft Project certification(s) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries
  • Experience with schedule health metrics and Schedule Metric Analysis
  • Desired:
  • Secret Security Clearance
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification / work experience
