Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience creating and maintaining Power BI or Tableau reports and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, including site administration and list management.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Program Managers and project teams on Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server issues.
  • Design, configure, and maintain custom lists, fields, views, and workflows in Microsoft Project Server and associated Project SharePoint sites.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards; troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support data integration needs, leveraging basic SQL knowledge to facilitate accurate data extraction and reporting.
  • Support the review, revision, and streamlining of PMO process documents, templates, and guidance materials to enhance efficiency and promote consistency.
  • Provide support and guidance on Microsoft Project and broader project management best practices within the PMO.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to PMO tools, systems, and processes.

Nice to Have:

  • 3+ years of relevant PMO or project support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project Server (on-premises) and Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
  • Experience streamlining processes and creating/maintaining procedural documentation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Project / Project Server in a professional environment.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
