Job Title:  Power Platform Developer

Worksite: Denver, CO, Hybrid

Contract Length:  2 years

Pay: $110,000 - $122,000 for salaried or for 1099 $60.00 - $65.00 an hour

 Job Description
Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Power Platform Developer. This position will support implementation activities by guiding the overall architecture and design of the platform ecosystem. Through development of integration recommendations and data archiving or warehouse strategies, the data architecture would be optimized for reporting and analysis, would minimize technical debt, and would scale to accommodate Large Data Volumes.

Power Platform Developer Responsibilities:

·         Provide technical direction for the development of a major web application using modern Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

·         Work with project and user management to define requirements, estimate time and costs, and prioritize features.

·         Mentor and assist other team members as required.

·         Provide technical expertise and contribute to all aspects of the design, development, testing, and support of web applications.

Power Platform Developer Qualifications:

·         Degree in Computer Science or similar degree with relevant technical experience.

·         8+ years of progressively responsible programming experience.

·         2+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Architect or Lead Developer on a multi-person project team.

·         In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and web technologies including SQL database design and development, HTML, and JavaScript.

·         Microsoft Dynamics 365: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 cloud-based applications such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights.

·         Power Platform: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Experience in building and extending model-driven and canvas apps.

·         Experience working with business users to understand reporting and analytics needs and designing solutions and building reports and dashboards.

·         Experience with automated testing and web application deployment.

·         Experience with user-focused design and mobile-friendly web applications.

·         Experience developing websites that meet Section 508 (persons with disabilities) standards.

·         Experience implementing security and privacy best practices for web applications. Experience with Federal Information System Security standards is preferred.

·         Experience in developing and deploying applications in a Cloud-based environment is a plus.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the community.
