Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft AI Platform Administrator to join our Retail client's in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role will be instrumental in accelerating enterprise AI adoption through the administration, configuration, governance, and operational support of Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI solutions, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams administration dependencies, and Microsoft 365 tenant services.


The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, AI-enabled productivity services, security and access administration, tenant configuration, user enablement, and operational support functions. This role will help scale and expand Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI capabilities across the enterprise while ensuring governance, compliance, security, and platform stability.


Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Copilot Administration

  • Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot services across the enterprise.

  • Manage deployment, adoption, licensing, and operational support activities for Microsoft Copilot.

  • Monitor service health, usage metrics, and performance of Copilot services.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable AI-powered productivity use cases.

  • Troubleshoot Copilot-related technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with Microsoft support teams when required.

  • Support governance and compliance requirements associated with AI deployments.


Copilot Studio Administration

  • Configure and administer Microsoft Copilot Studio environments.

  • Support the creation, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of AI agents.

  • Manage agent permissions, publishing processes, environments, and security controls.

  • Configure integrations with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, Power Platform, and enterprise applications.

  • Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and user adoption.

  • Maintain operational documentation and standards for AI agent administration.


Agentic AI Platform Support

  • Support enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI capabilities.

  • Assist in deploying intelligent agents that automate business processes and employee workflows.

  • Configure AI solutions aligned with organizational governance frameworks.

  • Partner with AI CoE, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to scale AI capabilities safely.

  • Identify enhancement opportunities to improve AI adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.


Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenant configurations and services.

  • Manage tenant settings, security controls, compliance configurations, and service policies.

  • Support licensing administration, user provisioning, and service enablement.

  • Maintain operational readiness, platform availability, and configuration standards.

  • Perform tenant audits and periodic health assessments.


Required Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered.


Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft enterprise platforms.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Experience with AI, Copilot, collaboration, identity, or modern workplace technologies.


Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols

  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
