Location: Columbia,SC Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Candidatelocation: Candidate MUST be a SC, NC, or GA resident AND willing to commuteto Columbia, SC 2 days/week to start.

Project Scope:

The Microsoft Dataverse & Power AppsDeveloper will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects,and other technical teams to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-gradeMicrosoft Power Platform solutions.

The role is highly hands-on and focuses onPower Apps development, Dataverse, Power Automate, enterprise integrations,data modeling, troubleshooting, security, and solution optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop,and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas andModel-Driven Apps.
  • Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, andsecurity roles.
  • Develop andmaintain complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate PowerPlatform solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and Azureservices.
  • Troubleshoot andresolve technical issues across development, testing, and productionenvironments.
  • Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technicalsolutions.
  • Implement bestpractices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, andsecure-by-design development.
  • Maintaintechnical documentation for configurations, data models, custom connectors,workflows, and operational support.
  • Assist withmonitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in accordance withenterprise policies.
  • Supportapplication lifecycle management, deployment, and production releases.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years ofhands-on Power Apps development,including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
  • 5+ years ofDataverse experience, includingadvanced data modeling and security architecture.
  • Strong experiencewith Power Automate for complex workflows and integrations.
  • Experiencedeveloping and managing custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
  • Strongunderstanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management,DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript,Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AzureFunctions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse capabilities.
  • Experience withenterprise data governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST,and PCI.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and reporting integrations.
  • Understanding ofPower Platform and Azure AD/Entra ID security architecture.
  • Experienceworking with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.
Education

College degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Must hold a MicrosoftPower Platform or Dynamics certification, OR have 5+ years of equivalentexperience.
