Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Power Apps Developer specializing inย Case Managementย solutions. The selected candidate will design, develop, and customize Power Platform applications and integrations to support case processing, workflow automation, and operational data access.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications usingย Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven).
  • Customize and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Case Management modules.
  • Create automated workflows usingย Power Automate.
  • Develop custom connectors, plugins, and components to extend Power Apps functionality.
  • Build dashboards, forms, views, and unified interfaces to support user experience.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and technical enhancements.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and system owners to define requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in Microsoft PowerApps development.
  • Hands-on experience withย Case Managementย implementation within CRM/Dynamics framework.
  • Deep knowledge of buildingย Model Driven apps and Canvas apps.
  • Expertise withย Power Automate (Flow)ย for automation & business logic.
  • Experience withย Dynamics CRM customization, including entities, workflows, and business rules.
  • Strong knowledge ofย C#, .NET, JavaScript, and custom development within CRM/Power Platform.
  • SQL Server experience for data extraction, migration, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployments.
